Cars by Michele was formed for the purpose of assisting people who do not enjoy the car-buying experience. It is the creation of Michele Grassi, a former dealership salesperson, who became dissatisfied with the way car buying is presented to the public. This service is for you....the customer!
Customers provide information about their wants and needs in a vehicle as well as the desired payment range, and also the distance they wish to travel to purchase a vehicle. We then go to work finding the right vehicle and negotiating the best deal. It is presented to the buyer for approval and further input, if necessary. Unlike dealership sales personnel, whose commission is directly affected by the selling price of the vehicle, Cars by Michele earns a flat fee from the dealer, regardless of the selling price, thus insuring you of the best price and a fair deal. Some vehicles can even be sold at dealer invoice. All that is left is for the buyer to sign the paperwork and drive away with his or her new car.
